When signed in to your Hedra account, select the blue icon that displays your credit total in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen. From here you will see the options to either Upgrade or Buy more. Credits icon

Upgrading your plan

If you choose Upgrade, you will be presented with the plan options. Select the plan that best suits your needs. Plan options
The toggle above the plans can be switched to see monthly versus annual billing options. Any plan changes will begin at the start of your next billing cycle. If you need your plan changed sooner, please reach out to our Support team.

Purchasing credit packs

If you choose Buy more, you will be presented with credit pack options. Credit pack options
Credit packs purchased are available immediately — you will not have to wait for the new billing cycle.
